Abstract
Because of the protective effect of estrogen for atherosclerosis, the prevalence of acute coronary syndrome in women before menopause is low. We report a rare case of unstable angina in a young Japanese female who had a history of cigarette smoking and contraceptive use. Her coronary stenosis was successfully treated by percutaneous coronary intervention.Entities:
