Abstract
A 47-year-old black man with a chronic photocontact dermatitis that evolved into actinic reticuloid was treated with systemically administered PUVA for 15 months. Subsequently an isolated nodule of non-mycosis fungoides T cell lymphoma developed. The use of PUVA may have predisposed this patient to the development of a frank malignancy.Entities:
