Abstract
Iris involvement in leukaemia has only rarely been described. A case of chronic myeloid leukaemia with uniocular involvement of the iris in particular, presenting with a spontaneous haemophthalmus, is reported, together with the ocular histopathology. The eye was blind due to a preceding injury.Entities:
