Echocardiographic--angiocardiographic correlation in persistent truncus arteriosus.

Abstract

Four cases of persistent truncus arteriosus (PTA) type 1 are presented where echocardiography was helpful in making the diagnosis. The diagnosis was later confirmed by cardiac catheterisation and angiocardiography.
