Abstract
A new heteropolyniobate, [Fe3Nb25O76]18-, persists in aqueous solution by means of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. It has been synthesized and characterized by IR, TGA, EDX-SEM, magnetic and single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and it features an Fe-centred Nb-Keggin unit {Fe3Nb10}.Entities:
