Abstract
Duodenum is the second most frequent location for diverticulum in the digestive tract, surpassed only by the colon. Perforation is rare, but it is the most serious complication of duodenum diverticula. Presently described is case of 22-year-old male patient who presented at emergency department with abdominal pain and vomiting. Surgery was performed with prediagnosis of perforated duodenum diverticula based on results of computed tomography.Entities:
