Abstract
We present a setup that allows for the in situ generation of tensile strains by bending x-ray transparent Si3N4 membranes with the application of a pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane, enabling the possibility to employ high resolution space- and time-resolved scanning transmission x-ray microscopy for the investigation of the magneto-elastic coupling.Year: 2016 PMID: 28040922 DOI: 10.1063/1.4971849
