Orbital cellulitis complicating isolated unilateral sphenoidal sinusitis: importance of the CT scan.

Abstract

A case of orbital cellulitis complicating the rare isolated unilateral sphenoidal sinusitis is reported, stressing the importance of a CT scan where plain x-rays fail to show any abnormality.
