Abstract
Entrapment of the median nerve as a complication of a dislocation of the elbow has rarely been reported. The prognosis is worse in case of delayed diagnosis. Exploration surgery is indicated when neurological signs remain following reduction of a dislocation of the elbow.Mesh：
