[Lingual necrosis after radiotherapy. Radiation arteritis?].

Abstract

Describing a case of tongue necrosis five years after Radiotherapy for a T3N0M0 carcinoma of the tonsil, the authors discuss the principal causes of these necrosis and insist on the potentialisation of the effects of radiotherapy on latent arterial disease.
