Abstract
Ectopic/aberrant cervical thymic tissue is a rare cause of neck mass and usually detected incidentally. Aberrant thymic tissue can occur anywhere in the course of thymic descent from the angle of the mandible to the superior mediastinum. We report a case of aberrant cervical thymus demonstrated by ultrasound. Keywords: ectopic; thymus; ultrasound
