Abstract
Pin1 knockout in mice causes age-dependent neuropathy characterized by motor and behavioral deficits, tau hyper phosphorylation, tau filament formation, and neuronal degradation. Here, we describe the methods with mouse behavior test, immunostaining, and immunoblotting to detect many aspects of neurodegeneration in Pin1 knockout mice.Entities:
