Abstract
A large, completely intracerebral, dermoid tumor with extensive outgrowth of appendages into brain tissue caused prominent reactive changes in the surrounding white matter, similar to those seen in a typical subependymoma. This case lends support to the notion that some subependymomas are reactive in etiology.Entities:
