[Course of a syndrome resembling Reye syndrome associated with a recurrent oculomotor paralysis].

The Reye's syndrome represents one of the most acute neurologic disorders of children. The clinical symptomatology, the criteria of diagnosis and the treatment are described. The unusual clinical findings, the combination of a Reye-like Syndrome with the palsy of the cranial nerve III, by a child are discussed.
