Abstract
A new case of desmoplastic fibroma of the mandible is reported. The patient was a 29-year-old woman who presented with a 5-year course of abscess-like lesions simulating a chronic apical infection. Radiographically, a nonspecific, small osteolytic area was observed. A wide resection of the tumor and the neighboring bone was performed.Entities:
