Abstract
Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) has rarely, if ever, been reported to be an autoimmune disease associated with myasthenia gravis (MG). Two Chinese patients, one of whom was successfully treated with cyclosporin A (CyA) are reported, with discussion of pathophysiologic mechanisms involved and rationale for the treatment used.Entities:
