Abstract
Given the fact that everyone, regardless of role or status in life, was reared in a culturally specific environment, socialised unconsciously into particular perspectives on values, attitudes and beliefs, and conducts life and plays out life's roles in a manner prescribed by that socialisation process, why is it that to act on those basic tenets is to be seen as prejudiced, racist and discriminatory?Year: 1994 PMID: 27912262 DOI: 10.12968/bjon.1994.3.15.792
