Abstract
A 46 year old man with coeliac disease and upper airway obstruction was thought to have undifferentiated carcinoma of the trachea. Subsequent immunohistological examination showed that the neoplasm was a T cell lymphoma. He had combination chemotherapy and is alive and well seven years after diagnosis.Entities:
