Abstract
Granulocytic sarcoma may develop before, after or at the time of presentation of acute myeloid leukemia. We report an unusual case in which the first manifestation of leukemic conversion of myelodysplastic syndrome was bleeding from a polypoid gastric granulocytic sarcoma.Entities:
