Abstract
A case of a 29-year-old woman with a cystic lesion in the right cerebellopontine angle, who had three bouts of chemical meningitis in 1 year, is reported. The lesion proved to be a delicate, thin-walled cyst, in part with a squamous lining and in part with a respiratory epithelial (tall, columnar, ciliated, mucus-secreting) lining. Various possibilities to explain this unusual epithelium are explored.Entities:
