Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Atheroma of the facial artery is an extremely rare disease. CLINICAL FINDINGS/PATIENT CONCERNS: Herein, we report an extremely rare case of an atheroma arising from the facial artery, mimicking a parotid gland tumor.
