Abstract
Autophagy controls cell homeostasis and provides a rapid response to a variety of stresses. Although many steps of the autophagy process have been elucidated, how they are temporally regulated is less well characterized. Recently, we reported that dynamic interaction of the pro-autophagic factor AMBRA1 with CULLIN E3 ubiquitin ligases ensures the timely onset and termination of the autophagy response.Entities:
