Abstract
A scoping review was performed to determine what evidence exists to support the clinical use of mobile health (mHealth) interventions to address child psychiatric disorders. The review focused on children less than 18 years old who were diagnosed with a mental disorder, used an mHealth intervention, and included novel outcome data. Each study assessed feasibility of the intervention and concluded that the interventions were accepted and/or liked by patients. Of the 2 studies that examined effectiveness using a randomized controlled trial design, there were no statistically significant differences in clinical outcomes, but results were limited by small sample size.Entities:
