Severe 'flu'-like symptoms due to isoniazid--a report of three cases.

S Motion1, M J Humphries, S M Gabriel.

We present three cases of severe 'flu'-like symptoms in Chinese patients given isoniazid alone. The time course and clinical presentation of these drug reactions were very similar to those observed in the widely recognised 'flu'-syndrome due to rifampicin.
