Abstract
We present the case of a 38-year-old Asian patient who reported vision loss of her left eye since 4 weeks. The funduscopy showed a choroidal tumor in the papillomacular bundle, which could be identified as a choroidal osteoma with secondary choroidal neovascularization (CNV). OCT angiography (OCT-A) detected abnormal flow in the choriocapillaris; the osteoma showed no flow in the OCT angiogram of the choroid level. Therefore, OCT-A can be a helpful adjuvant for diagnosis of CNV secondary to choroidal osteoma.Entities:
