Mediastinal Lipomatosis with Dyslipidemia: Cause of Dyspnea.

We report a case who presented to us with dyspnea and was found to have ML in the absence of steroid use, diabetes, Cushing syndrome and obesity. This case provides an important differential diagnosis in a patient presenting with dyspnea widened mediastinum and cardiomegaly. This is probably among very few cases of ML with dyslipidemia. © Journal of the Association of Physicians of India 2011.
