Abstract
Two new pyripyropenes, 13-dehydroxy-1,11-deacetylpyripyropene A (1) and 1-deacetylpyripyropene A (2), together with six known compounds, were isolated from a marine fungus Fusarium lateritium 2016F18-1 which was associated with the sponge Phyllospongia foliascens. Their structures were established mainly based on NMR and MS data. Their cytotoxic activities against human cancer cells CNE1, CNE2, HONE1, SUNE1, GLC82, and HL7702 were evaluated.Entities:
