Wegener's granulomatosis: a case with primary mucocutaneous lesions.

Abstract

A case of Wegener's granulomatosis is recorded in which the first signs were skin ulceration, segmental gingivitis, and oro-antral fistula. Diagnosis, management, and the significance of the microscopic appearances are discussed.
