Abstract
We describe a patient with a history of giant cell tumor who over the course of 18 years developed multiple fat containing osseous lesions in the pelvis and spine. Two of these lesions subsequently evolved into biopsy proven giant cell tumor of bone. To our knowledge, this phenomenon of giant cell tumors evolving from fat containing lesions has not been described.Entities:
