Abstract
BACKGROUND: There is limited information about oxidative stress and inflammation on the mortality of Chinese hemodialysis (HD) patients. SUBJECTS AND METHODS: A total of 177 HD patients and 35 healthy controls were enrolled. Their demographic information, clinical characteristics, oxidant and inflammation markers were compared. Multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to assess the risk factors for mortality.Entities:
