Autoimmune atrophic thyroiditis was diagnosed at age 8 years. GnRHa therapy suppressed bone age maturation (12 years 7 months to 16 years 1 month). GH injections therapy improved height, which increased from −2 SD to −1 SD (13 years 0 months to 16 years 1 month).
