Abstract
Chronic necrotizing pulmonary aspergillosis (CNPA) is a rare form of pulmonary aspergillosis. The radiological findings in CNPA are very diverse. We present a mildly imunosuppresive, elderly 71-year-old woman with the diagnosis of chronic necrotizing pulmonary aspergillosis presenting as transient migratory thoracic mass.Entities:
