Abstract
Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare cause of acute coronary syndrome in pregnant and peripartum women. This report presents a rare case of spontaneous coronary artery dissection in early pregnancy managed by coronary angioplasty and, combined obstetric and cardiac care, resulting in the delivery of a normal infant through cesarean section.Entities:
