Abstract
We report a 42 year old male who was an interesting case of "idiopathic CD4 lymphocytopenia"(ICL) in a non-HIV adult with-extra pulmonary tuberculosis along with the diffuse splenic calcification and whose symptoms improved with Antitubercular treatment.
