She had selective arterial embolization for active bleeding twice on the right side (2005 and 2008) and once on the left side (2008). A. Coronal CT image shows the right kidney measuring 20.9x10.4 cm and left kidney 22.7x10.6 cm craniocaudally and transversely respectively. B. A transaxial CT image showing right kidney dimensions of 14.8x9.5 cm and left kidney dimensions of 18.3x10.5 cm. C. Technetium MAG3 diuretic renogram showing adequate perfusion and cortical uptake with slow transit and progressive accumulation of tracer in the dilated collecting system (delayed excretion showed good response to furosemide at 10 minutes).
