Abstract
The split-cuff nipple ureteral implantation technique is described in 18 patients undergoing lower urinary tract reconstruction or supravesical diversion. This technique provides a simple and reliable antireflux mechanism into large and small bowel segments. No reflux or upper tract deterioration was seen initially, and only 1 case of mild reflux has occurred after 30 months of followup.Entities:
