Abstract
To date, no antiviral agents have been approved for treating Zika virus (ZIKV) infection. Two recent drug-repurposing studies published in Cell Host & Microbe and Nature Medicine demonstrated that screening FDA-approved drugs for antiviral activity is a promising strategy for identifying therapeutics with novel activity against ZIKV infection.Entities:
