Abstract
Posterior wall (PW) fractures are the most common fractures requiring surgical fixation in acetabular surgery. Extra-articular screw placement must be confirmed intraoperatively. Herein we describe the use of the inlet and obturator oblique view (the Leeds view) for screw placement in elementary PW and in associated both-column with PW fractures. We highlight our steps to ensure accurate placement in a small series of patients.Entities:
