Abstract
Paragangliomas are rare lung tumours; endobronchial localisation is even more rare. This report describes the case of a 59-year-old patient with a symptomatic endobronchial paraganglioma successfully resected by means of pulmonary lobectomy. Recognition of this uncommon tumour can lead to a correct diagnosis and therapeutic strategy.Entities:
