Abstract
Preschoolers with early childhood caries or extensive dental trauma may suffer from abnormal social interaction with their peers. Dentists face great challenges in the aesthetic rehabilitation of these young children. As the parental desire towards aesthetics is gaining more importance there is need for an anterior aesthetic appliance which may be used to replace these lost teeth. These case reports highlight a specific design which can be used successfully in day to day clinical practice.Entities:
