Abstract
Colorectal follicular lymphomas, primary or secondary, are rare. Magnifying endoscopy with narrow-band imaging is useful in the diagnosis of colorectal follicular lymphoma. In addition, immunohistochemistry is essential in differentiating follicular lymphoma cells from lymphoid follicle hyperplasia based on the presence of Bcl-2 expression. We herein report a rare case of follicular lymphoma of the caecum, presenting as a small polyp that was resected endoscopically.Entities:
