Radioiodination for therapy.

T Adam1.

Abstract

A method for the radioiodination of antibodies for therapy is described. The method resulted in a high efficiency of labelling (88-94%) with negligible damage to the antibody. Good localisation of labelled antibody was demonstrated. Doses of radiation to operators were very low.
