Abstract
We describe two cases of clinical and radiographic vasospasm after transsphenoidal resection of a craniopharyngioma. We review the literature on the association of vasospasm and craniopharyngioma and examine management options. Given the lack of evidence for the optimal management of these patients, treatment in concordance with protocols for vasospasm due to subarachnoid haemorrhage is recommended.Entities:
