Abstract
BACKGROUND: In this study, we investigated the structural connectivity profile of patients with scans without evidence of dopaminergic deficit (SWEDD) compared with normal controls (NC) and patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). An accurate understanding of SWEDD is important so that appropriate therapeutic options can be presented to patients.Entities:

Group-wise differences in NC-PD, SWEDD-NC and SWEDD-PD comparisons were reported using corrected p values.
