Abstract
An improved electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometric method for determination of aluminum in serum is described. An ammonium hydroxide/sulfuric acid diluent is used to control matrix effects from serum constituents. Because serum produces no apparent matrix effects with this diluent, one can accurately calibrate the procedure with aqueous standards.Entities:
