Abstract
Complications during subdural hematoma treatment are rare and usually occur soon after its evacuation. We present the clinicopathological and radiological findings of a granuloma that happened as late effect of the drainage of a subdural hematoma (1 year after). The presence of bone wax around the tumor and the finding of empty spaces intracytoplasmatic and extracellular surrounded by inflammatory cells suggest that the bone wax was the cause of the granulomatous process.Entities:
