Erratum: Effectiveness of discharge planning on physical quality of life of patients with ischemic heart disease.

[This corrects the article on p. 129 in vol. 6, PMID: 27127744.].

In the article, “Effectiveness of discharge planning on physical quality of life of patients with ischemic heart disease”, which appeared in the pages 129-133, issue 2, vol.6 of International Journal of Applied and Basic Medical Research,[1] the fourth author name was incorrectly written as “Nayereh Agayei” instead of”Naiereh Aghaei”.

Additionally, in the “How to cite this article” section the fourth author name was incorrectly written as “Agayei N” instead of “Aghaei N”. These have now been corrected and reposted online.
