The clinical side-effects of long-wave ultraviolet light and oral 8-methoxypsoralen (PUVA) in 110 cases of psoriasis are reported. As well as those previously recorded, the following were observed: reactivation of peptic ulcer symptoms; hirsutism; herpes labialis and zoster and milia formation.
