Abstract
A 26-year-old man with Marfan syndrome was admitted as an emergency patient with ascending aorta aneurysm, severe mitral and aortic regurgitation, diaphragmatic hernia and pectus excavatum. After completion of diagnostics a combined surgical procedure was performed.Entities:
