Abstract
The radiographic changes of healed extremity fractures in eight children with spinal cord lesions included cortical thinning and metaphyseal splaying. A history of a spinal cord lesion such as meningomyelocele should alert the radiologist to the possibility of a healed fracture causing metaphyseal flaring.Entities:
